My own product

I built a lifting app because the ones I used got in my way.

This one is mine. LiftLabb is a training log I use myself, four or five times a week, and everything on this page is a real screen out of the real app. Log a set by talking to it, and it finds the exercise, the weight and the reps for you.

Walkthrough

Four screens, in the order I actually use them.

Pick a screen from the list and the phone swaps to it. These are straight screenshots out of the app, not mockups.

What is in it

The parts I got tired of living without.

Nothing here is a roadmap item. It all shipped and I use all of it.

Voice logging

Talk to it between sets with chalk on your hands. It parses the exercise, the weight and the reps and drops them in the right row.

200+ built in exercises

Named the way people actually name them, with machine and free weight variants separated so your history does not blur together.

Automatic PR detection

Save a set and it checks it against everything you have ever done for that lift. If it is a record, you see it right there in the log.

Estimated 1RM charts

Every session gives one point per muscle group, from your best set. Over a few months the line tells you more than any single number.

Offline first, syncs later

Basements have no signal. Everything writes locally and reconciles when you walk back outside, so a dead bar never costs you a session.

Web plus an iOS beta

Program on a laptop, log on your phone, same account and same data. The iOS build is in beta with real people testing it.

Why this is on my site

I ship my own products, so I know what breaks.

LiftLabb is the app I bet my own weekends on. Voice input, offline sync, charts that stay honest, an iOS beta with real testers. When I build something for you, it comes out of the same habits, and you can go poke at this one yourself.
