What happens after you book.

After the call, I send you a written scope. It is yours to keep, even if someone else builds it.

  1. The call

    01 / 04

    Free, about 30 minutes. You walk me through how things run today and what's getting in the way, and I tell you what I'd build and what it would cost.

  2. The quote

    02 / 04

    Scope, timeline, and a fixed price in writing before any work starts. You pay 50% to start, 25% at the halfway build, and 25% at launch.

  3. The build

    03 / 04

    You see the design before any code gets written, then I send you a working link as pages and features come together, so changes get made while they're still cheap.

  4. Launch, and after

    I launch it, show your team how to use it, and hand over the accounts. Your domain is registered to you either way. A website is yours to keep, hosting is a flat yearly fee, and changes after launch are billed hourly. An app or a system stays hosted and run by me on a monthly subscription that covers hosting, upkeep, and support, and if you ever want to move it in house there's a one-time moving fee and you get the code, the data, and the accounts.
