Websites, from $2,500

A website built for your business.

I'm a web designer in Canada. I design, build and launch your site from $2,500 CAD, with your services, prices and a clear way to book or call.

Most people who call me have already looked around. Templates look fine until you try to add booking, or connect them to software you already run. So I quote the whole build once, in writing, before I start. That number covers the design, the build, the launch and the first year of hosting.

The last one I built

Ignite HRT, live since August 2026.

A hormone clinic that needed patients to book without phoning the front desk. I built 21 pages with a scheduler wired into the clinic's EHR, so a booking made on the site lands in the software the staff already work out of. It's live at ignitehrt.com, and the full case study has how it got built.

What's included

What the from-price covers.

The design, the build, the launch and your first year of hosting. You own your domain and the site's code from day one.

  1. The design

    01 / 04

I lay the pages out around the one thing your customers came to do, book, call, order, or read your prices. You see the layout and approve it before I build anything on top of it.

  2. The build

    02 / 04

Hand-built, quick to load, and it works on a phone because that's where most of your traffic is. Titles, descriptions and a sitemap go in while I build, so the site is ready for Google the day it launches.

  3. The launch

    03 / 04

I point your domain, set up the forms and email so they land somewhere real, and I stay on it for the week after launch to catch anything that breaks.

  4. The first year of hosting

    04 / 04

Hosting is in the price for year one. After that it's a yearly line item you can pay me or take somewhere else, because the domain and the code are already yours.

Pricing

What it costs.

$2,500 CAD is where it starts and nothing goes below it. Ignite HRT was 21 pages with a live scheduler, so it was never going to be a $2,500 job. I told them that before they paid anything.

Wherever yours lands, you get one fixed number in writing before I start. You pay 50% to start, 25% at the halfway build, and 25% at launch, so by the time you've paid half you've already clicked around a working version. Hosting after year one is a yearly line item, and changes after launch are billed hourly. Every number is on the pricing page.

Straight answers

The three things everyone asks me.

Is $2,500 actually what it costs?

$2,500 is where a small site starts. It doesn't cover everything though. If your job is a $6,000 job I'll say $6,000 on the call, and I broke down what everyone charges, me included, in what a small business website costs in Canada.

    Can I just use Wix?

Sometimes. If it's four pages with no booking, nothing that has to talk to your other software, and you're fine editing it yourself, Wix works and I'll say so on the call. It stops working when you need a scheduler wired into software you already run, or when the template won't do what you want. I did the one year and three year math in Wix vs hiring a web designer.

What happens to my site if you disappear?

The domain is registered in your name and stays there. The code is yours at launch, and you get the files and the logins. Hosting is a yearly line item you can move anywhere and changes are billed hourly. There's no contract locking you in, and nothing of yours sits in an account you can't get into.
