The setup
They were on Squarespace and the phone was the booking system.
The old site did what a Squarespace site does. It said the clinic existed. Booking meant calling the front desk or leaving a form that somebody had to read and then retype into the clinic's software, and no prices were published anywhere, so a price question turned into a phone call too.
The clinic's founder wanted people to be able to look, see what things cost and book without having to talk to anyone first. It was also the first website anyone paid me to build.
What I built
21 pages, and the compliance ones took the longest.
The site went live on August 10 2026 at ignitehrt.com, on the same domain the Squarespace site had been sitting on. Scheduling is a live embed wired to CharmHealth, the EHR the clinic already works out of, so a booking made on the website shows up in the software the staff open every morning and nobody retypes it. Under the embed there's a plain fallback booking form, so a browser that blocks the embed still gets the request through.
Their pricing is published on the site in plain tables. I'm not putting their numbers on my own website, but they're up there where anyone can read them before they book.
Then the part nobody notices. A clinic site has rules a brochure site doesn't, so this one carries a full set of privacy and compliance pages and its own accessibility page, and I laid the site out around those rules from the first page I built. That's most of what made this different from any other 21-page website.

How it runs now
It's static, so there's not much to break.
All 21 pages are static builds, so they come off a server as flat files with no database behind the site to fall over or get broken into. A change means a new build, and the build is fast.
The doctor can send someone a link to the prices, and anyone who wants an appointment gets a real calendar on the page. It's been live since August 10 2026 and you can click every page of it yourself. The build underneath is the same one I sell to everybody, and the difference here is that a clinic makes you take the privacy and accessibility pages seriously, which I think every business should.
